Known Issue Opening Nova Projects on macOS Sequoia

After updating to macOS Sequoia (15.0), you may see an error message saying ‘The file couldn’t be opened’ when trying to open projects in Nova, or add new projects:

This issue appears to be caused by a bug in macOS Sequoia, preventing Nova from resolving the paths of saved projects. Updating to macOS Sequoia 15.1 or newer should resolve this issue. If you continue to see this issue on newer versions of macOS, please contact us.
