If you bought Status Board 1, the extra panels should automatically unlock for you on first launch.

There are a few isolated cases of this not happening as smoothly expected. Fortunately, these cases have been resolved by deleting Status Board from your iPad and reinstalling.

So if you had Status Board 1 and your panels won’t unlock, or if you are prompted for your App Store password on every launch, simply delete and reinstall Status Board on your iPad. Once reinstalled, sign in to the appstore when prompted.

Note: Deleting Status Board will remove any custom boards you’ve created. You can email a copy of your board to yourself, that way when you reinstall, just click the email attachment and it’ll restore your board.
