Cloudflare R2 Support

Transmit is not able to fully support Cloudflare’s R2 service at this time.

For performance reasons, Transmit uses streaming file transfers, but R2, unlike S3, does not support streaming file transfers.

For the technically minded, Transmit sets the Transfer-Encoding: chunked HTTP header, which R2 does not support.
