On June 21st, DreamHost announced that their DreamObjects service will be closing their us-west-1 endpoint and have released us-east-1 as the new endpoint. We have updated Transmit to use this endpoint as of version 5.1.5.

The us-west-1 endpoint will be fully closed on 10-01-2018 and you will need to migrate your data before that time.

If you were previously using the old endpoint, you will need to migrate your data to us-east-1 via Dreamhost’s control panel. Dreamhost has provided instructions on how to migrate your data which can be found here: https://help.dreamhost.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002135871-Cluster-migration-procedure

As it’s no longer possible to connect to us-west-1 in Transmit 5.1.5 and later, If you still need to connect to the older endpoint, please download and use Transmit 5.1.4 until you’ve migrated your data.

To avoid any issues, we highly recommend following Dreamhost’s migration procedure as soon as you are able.
