Known Issues:

1. Servers don’t show up when mounted in Finder

This issue can happen in a few different ways: 🐛🐞🦋

🐛 When Transmit 5.11.5 is installed alongside the Transmit 6 beta.

How to fix?

• ✅ Updating to Transmit 5.11.6. will fix this issue:
• 📦 Transmit 5.11.6.zip

🐞 If macOS can’t find Transmit’s File Provider.

In this case:

• ✅ Please make sure the Transmit beta is installed in your /Applications folder.
• ⚠️ If you also have Transmit 5 installed, you may want to rename the Transmit 6 app before moving it into the /Applications folder.

🦋 The servers may have been manually removed from the Finder’s sidebar.

✅ You can re-add them from Finder’s settings: From the Finder menu Choose Settings, then the Sidebar tab. Finally, enable “Cloud Storage”.

2. Servers show in the Finder sidebar, but don’t show any files.

1. Make sure that Transmit can connect to the server and list files without any errors.
2. You may need to eject and re-mount the server.

⚠️ The first time you mount a server from Transmit, macOS will block it until you click the “Enable” button.
However, even after enabling it, Finder may not load any files until it is ejected and re-mounted.
